Everything is energy - we are energy.

Energetic treatments were practiced in many cultures thousands of years ago. The knowledge of the connections between body, mind, and soul was forgotten, but these connections are becoming more important again in these ever-changing surroundings!

Most of the time we are doing well during our journey through life, everything is “going smoothly” - friends, job, family - everything is in order.

Naturally, in addition to highs, there are also the valleys - how do you deal with the downturn? How do you deal with change?

  • What do you do when you feel unsteady, dissatisfied, disorientated?
  • Do you ask yourself “am I really living my life?”
  • Have you lost your footing a little?
  • As a woman - how is your relationship with your femininity? Is your word choice still there?
  • There are new challenges - do you have the courage to explore them?
  • How does the energy flow through your body and how do we harmonise our self-healing powers?

Find peace and time for yourself with me.

My Services

After an introductory conversation, we will decide together on the direction in which we want to work.

In general, please plan 1.5 to 2 hours of your time. No matter how individual our joint process is, I charge a flat rate of EUR 90.00 for the “stocktaking” - the initial consultation and the resulting direction of work. We will agree on all other costs on site.

Phonophoresis / Vibrational Energetics

Use Tuning forks to bring your body in harmony.

Phonophoresis or vibrational energetics is the study of tangible and audible sound waves and vibrations. This relatively new and extremely gentle energetic method helps with a wide range of disorders, such as tension and stress.

The body’s self-healing powers are activated in a holistic way. In sound puncture, the planetary tuning forks are used by placing them on the body’s meridians as well as on chakras and/or reflex zones. This is how deep relaxation is achieved in a short time.

This energetic technique is one of the “flowing methods” – no judgment, no right or wrong, no good or bad!

The applications take place while sitting or lying down. By placing the vibrating tuning forks, the body is set into vibration and muscle tension is released. Allow a “chakra balance” to bring your entire body into harmony - this can be enjoyed via the soles of the feet or the hands - whichever you prefer!

The history of planetary sounds is as old as humanity. The philosopher Pythagoras, as well as Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein, dealt with the topic of vibration and energy.

In 1711, the musician John Shore had tuning forks made so that he could have a handy, temperature-independent instrument for tuning his lute.

The application of vibrational energy is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis or treatment!

Energetic Tapping Techniques

Chaos becomes order.

The aim of energetic tapping techniques is to separate emotions stored in the body from a specific situation. This is done by stimulating (tapping or holding) tested points on the body. Affirmations or solutions can be spoken to reinforce this.

Stored emotions and thoughts often form beliefs. These are deeply anchored in the mind and therefore true for the respective person. We are often unaware of these beliefs, but in any case, they are responsible for how we evaluate our environment and react to events. Sometimes these very beliefs lead to self-sabotage.

Examples:

  • I am worthless.
  • I can only become successful through hard work.
  • I can only be happy with a partner
  • I must achieve something to be loved.

With energetic tapping techniques you can track down and dissolve these beliefs.

These applications are often repeated over days or weeks and are in no way a substitute for treatment by therapists or doctors!

The following psychologists are considered the founders of energetic tapping techniques: Roger Callahan, Dr. George J. Goodheart, Dr. John Diamond, Cary Craig, Dr. Fred Gallo.

Gary Craig: “Try it on everything – but respect your limits!”

Kinesiology

The study of movement for your well-being.

Kinesiology is the study of movement of the human body in connection with its energy pathways, the meridians. This includes not only mechanical movements, but also thoughts, feelings and the body’s functions (organs, metabolism, circulation, nervous system).

In a kinesiological balance, stress and blockages are identified via muscle testing and balanced using a variety of kinesiological methods. This activates the body’s own self-healing powers, balances the flow of energy and restores inner harmony.

The American chiropractor George Goodheart discovered the connection between the human meridian system, the organs and the muscles in the 1950s and 1960s. His student, John F. Thie, wanted to make kinesiology accessible to everybody and published the book “Touch for Health” in 1973. Since then, a variety of kinesiological directions with different focuses have developed.

The aim of kinesiology is to release physical blockages for energy to flow freely in the body again.

Kinsesiology is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis or treatment!

Meditationen, Dream-Trips, PMR

Relax!

Nobody can perform at their best in the long term. We focus on hectic pace, stress and exertion - balance and relaxation are becoming more and more important but are often neglected.

Meditations, dream journeys and progressive muscle relaxation are one tool to bring us back into harmony with our body and mind!

I am happy to provide suggestions and exercises that you can integrate into your daily routine.

Rebozo Technique

For relaxation or as Closing-Ritual e.g. after giving birth.

The traditional Rebozo technique is a south American tradition. In Mexico and Guatemala, pregnant women are offered this treatment by their midwives.

Rebozo applications during pregnancy and during childbirth are also becoming increasingly popular in Central Europe - DiA Doulas learn this technique during their training.

“Closing the Bones” or “Cerrada”, the traditional closing of the female body after giving birth, brings the woman back to her body and her being. “The tissue/bones are offered the direction to regress”.

From an energetic point of view, it is not just about consciously experiencing the end of this time, but also about the woman no longer losing her energy through the “open pelvis” or the “open abdominal wall”. The energy centres are strengthened, a phase of life is ritually concluded, and space is consciously created for new things.

This ritual is becoming well-known in Austria as well as many doulas offer this service. The ritual takes approx. 2-4 hours and is usually led by two doulas who prepare the woman for the ritual, then wrap the woman’s body completely, starting from the head, with seven Rebozo cloths and finally unwrap again.

The experience is given space once more. The aim is to end with a feeling of well-being, love and gratitude. This ritual is also useful to celebrate or mark the end of any other phase of life.

Legal Notice:

As wonderful and helpful as energetic/spiritual methods are, it is clear and important to mention here that they are in no way a substitute for a visit to the doctor and medical-therapeutic support.
